  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

As a business Dirty Little Deeds guarantees customer satisfaction if for ANY reason a customer is dissatisfied with service(s) rendered we WILL gladly fix the problem(s) or area of concern but there will be NO REFUND.
